Getting closer!!

We are getting closer to the big dance!!
We have continually been meeting and planning with our youth to make this a fabulous New Years Eve for everyone!
We hope all the youth in all the stakes are getting excited and inviting all their friends.
We will start painting the back drops on the 27th at Bro. Shaw's house.
The youth will be making New York Skyline scenes and bright yellow taxi cabs that will be traced, painted and cut out to hang on the walls of the cultural hall.

Confetti

We have a disco ball!! and yes we will make it spin and drop (lower) at midnight along with 12 confetti cannons bursting with confetti to ring in the New Year!

If you have connections with anyone to borrow construction zone items ...like orange cones, flashing lights, street signs etc... please contact me

From For the Strength of Youth Pamphlet under "Friends"

As you strive to live the gospel, you will encourage your friends to do likewise. Set an example of keeping the commandments, participating in Church activities, preparing to serve the Lord throughout your life, and remaining worthy to attend the temple.

Invite your friends of other faiths to your Church meetings and activities. Help them feel welcome and included. Many people have joined the Church through the example and fellowship of their friends. Also make a special effort to reach out to new converts and to those who are less active.
